George Nwachukwu

Mr. George Nwachukwu (FCA) is a highly accomplished finance professional and business leader with over 30 years of experience in treasury management, investment advisory, and financial services. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt, obtained in 1992.

Mr. Nwachukwu began his professional journey in 1994 with Exchange Biz Ltd, a Bureau De Change operator, where he started as an Operations Officer and rose to the position of Manager. In 2000, he joined Global Assets Ltd, a subsidiary of the defunct Savannah Bank Plc, as a Treasury Officer. His responsibilities included managing liquidity positions, currency trading, and optimizing investment returns.

In 2006, he transitioned to Citihomes Savings & Loans Ltd as Head of Treasury, where he provided strategic leadership in fund mobilization, investment planning, and asset-liability management. In 2009, driven by his entrepreneurial vision, he founded Valuelink Company Ltd, an investment and financial services firm. As Chief Executive Officer, he successfully led the firm in delivering tailored financial solutions to individuals and corporate clients until May 2016.

He joined Paradigm Finance Limited in June 2016 as General Manager and was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in 2018, a role he continues to hold. Under his leadership, Paradigm Finance has experienced improved operational discipline, enhanced client engagement, and a stronger compliance culture. He is committed to driving innovation, sound governance, and sustainable growth across the organization.
